How much notice is required to move-out?
A 60-day notice is required when in a lease. However, if you are on a month-to-month lease, you may give a 30-day notice to vacate.
What is your minimum length of stay?
Our minimum length of stay is 30 days, depending on availability.

We can offer 1 – 4 bedroom apartment homes, duplexes, and Private Residences.
What are my payment options?
Our payment options include personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. Corporate invoicing is available.
Do you require a security deposit?
Generally, a security deposit is not required. However, each guest is required to fill out a credit card authorization form at the time of the reservation. Southgate Executive Lodging only uses this information to guarantee payment for any incidentals or charges that are not taken care of upon move out.
How far in advance do I need to book a reservation?
We recommend booking your reservation as soon as your arrival time frame is confirmed.
